A conservation law of Quantum Mechanics that states: The number of Baryons is always conserved Used for particle interaction

Baryon Number

$$B=[-1,0,1]$$

• $B=1$ is for baryons
• $B=-1$ is for antibaryons
• $B=0$ for all other particles, e.g. Mesons, Leptons
